A corporate commercial solicitor will be given the chance to work for one of Shropshire's leading law firms.
The firm will consider part time or full time, flexible working hours and flexible office locations to include Hereford, Shrewsbury, Telford, Conway and Ludlow.

As a corporate commercial solicitor, you will join a market-leading practice with a network of offices across the Shropshire region.
You will work closely with other members of the department on more complex transactions with plenty of support from senior, highly experienced members of the team as well as running your own caseload of matters.
You will touch upon matters to include private M&A transactions, asset sales, reorganisations, fundraisings, EIS/SEIS investments and joint ventures, shareholder exits along with commercial agreements such as client/agency agreements, cooperation agreements, strategic alliances, partnerships and technology licences.
