A Residential Property Solicitor wanted for a fantastic Coventry based opportunity with a well established Legal 500 law firm. Applications are invited from technically strong qualified Residential Property Solicitors looking for an opportunity to utilise their technical skills and move their careers on in a supportive working environment. Salary is upwards of £35K and negotiable, depending on experience and comes with excellent benefits.

An expanding, specialist property law department within an established regional law firm my client delivers a high quality legal service to a client base that includes small to medium sized business, and the high street.

The successful Residential Property Solicitor will join a busy, friendly team managing a full and varied caseload freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Transfers of Equity and Shared Ownership from start to finish. Day to day duties will include sale contract issues, replies to enquiries, purchase contract approval and the raising and checking of enquiries and searches.
