Responsibilities of the role
As a Conveyancing Paralegal you will be assisting a conveyancer with the full remit of conveyancing transactions from inception through to completion. The caseload is varied and will include:
- Sales and purchases
- Re-mortgages
- Registered, unregistered, freehold and leasehold
- New builds
- Transfers of Equity
- Extensive client contact
Requirements
The firm looks to hire a Paralegal who demonstrates:
- Previous experience assisting with a sale and purchase caseload
- Team playing abilities
- Excellent communication skills
