A large and respected law firm is seeking a Real Estate Solicitor to join their team in Exeter on a permanent, full time basis.

About the Role

The Real Estate Solicitor will be joining a reputable team, taking on the following duties:

• Handling a range of property matters with a specific focus on development work (including complex and high-value energy from waste schemes)
• Advising a varied UK and international client base – in both the public and private sector
• Working alongside colleagues from other disciplines including the projects planning and construction teams

The Candidate

The firm is looking for a Real Estate Lawyer who can demonstrate:

• 2-6 years’ experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor
• Experience advising on high value real estate work
• The ability to provide a first class service to clients
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with individuals from various departments
• The desire to progress within a top tier real estate team

Salary and Benefits

On offer to the Real Estate Solicitor:

• Salary of £42,000 - £46,000 per annum
• Excellent benefits package including bonus and car parking
