Experienced Corporate Lawyer, Leeds
Excellent opportunity for a commercially minded corporate lawyer to join leading legal 500 team in Leeds.
You will be a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (FCILEx) and will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years' PQE working on high calibre corporate transactions within a reputable company commercial department.
You will be responsible for running a caseload dealing with a range of matters from public and private mergers and acquisitions to capital reconstructions and reorganisations.
