Team Leader PI

We have a new opportunity for an experienced PI Solicitor specialist personal injury law firm based in Cheshire are looking for an experienced RTA solicitor/team leader to head up a team of fee earners.

THE ROLE

You'll be joining an established RTA department where you'll be overseeing a team of RTA Fee Earners (dealing with both portal and non-portal matters).

The successful candidate will likely be an RTA solicitor or legal executive with 5+ years' PQE in handling a litigated caseload. You'll have a proven track record of meeting and achieving targets and will have experience supervising more junior colleagues.

Ideally, you will currently be an RTA Team Leader. You should be able to demonstrate the ability to share your technical RTA knowledge as part of your management style.
