Interim GDPR/ Data Protection Paralegal/ Contracts Manager

Supporting the Head of Data Protection in a range of projects and plans. Good DP knowledge is essential and general commercial contract experience is also a benefit.

Description

- Assisting with Data Subject Access Requests and data breaches.
- Providing advice and assistance with wider GDPR/ Data Protection projects - Including the drafting and ammending of supplier aggreements and clinical trial agreements with DP in mind

Profile

- Ideally 2 years+ experience with Data Protection/ GDPR and reveiwing contracts with this in mind

- Candidate can be operating as senior paralegal or contract manager but must have exposure and solid understanding of GDPR based work and commercial contracts

- General commercial and DP mix also welcomed

- Experience within Pharma/ Healthcare/ Research industries also highly desirable

- Ability to work collaboratively, work to deadlines and see projects through to completion

- Able to start with short notice (1 month Notice Period max)
