Working alongside senior members of the practice you will be busy from day one advising clients on all areas of employment law with a focus on advisory and transactional work. Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate an aptitude for client development and excellent communication skills. Experience of advising on employment status, pay gap reporting, large scale redundancies and TUPE transfers would be helpful.
