Corporate Insurance 1+ City Practice

The corporate insurance team advises several of the largest insurers and reinsurers in the sector. The focus of the practice is large and complex defined benefit pension de-risking transactions as well as a broad range of other insurance relate matters, including assisting with the insurance aspects of corporate transactions, litigation and restructuring.

Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate a good grounding in insurance/reinsurance. Pensions related experience is desirable but not essential.
