An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Prosecutions Lawyer to join an East Midlands based Local Authority. Our client's offices are accessible from Yorkshire and the East Midlands.
The Prosecutions Lawyer will be dealing with a range of matters on behalf of the Local Authority, this may include:
- Trading standards
- Fly-tipping
- Fraud
- Environmental prosecutions
The ideal candidate will have experience in dealing with trading standards prosecutions, although this is not essential.
Our client will consider candidates who are available to undertake either a part-time or full-time assignment. This successful Prosecutions Lawyer will be available to start this role at short notice and it is anticipated to be ongoing for a minimum period of 3 months.
There is onsite parking and our client's offices are just a ten minute walk from the train station.
