The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Property Paralegal to join their office in Bristol, Somerset.

You will have an exciting and hands on role, opening files, closing files, preparing completion statements and bills, filing correspondence, checking in files and deeds, attending clients, doing SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications and much more.

Requirements

• You will have experience in a Residential Property team
• You will ideally have the LPC but please still apply if you don't, if have experience in the practice area
• You will work well in a team
• You will have excellent typing skills and a good eye for detail
