This London based Fintech is looking to hire a Content Manager to join it's rapidly expanding business.

Description
Reporting into the General Counsel your role will include:
- Ultimate responsible for the fidelity of all content that is part of the service offering
- Ensuring that any documents and data provided to my client by its customers are accurately converted and represented on the platform.
- Design and set up the systems and processes needed for delivery, including technology, tooling, policies etc.
- Lead our content organisation, meaning managing the existing Content team, and any hiring for any other roles required globally (e. paralegals, proof-readers etc.). This will include all the people management and personnel issues associated with this as well as resource planning, departmental budget, etc.
- Analyse current and planned customer pipeline and assess resource requirements accordingly
- Effectively contribute to the product function improvement.
Profile
This role does not necessarily need a qualified lawyer but rather someone who can marry up an autonomous, technological approach to Capital Markets transactions. Candidates should have experience of working within Capital Markets and ideally have an excellent understanding of the documentation that forms part of a transaction.
Beyond this you will need to demonstrate the ability to manage a team of individuals, many of whom do not have a legal background as well as be able to build out part of my client's platform.
Job Offer
