An international law firm is seeking a Commercial Solicitor to join their Legal 500 and Chambers ranked team in Bristol. This is a high-profile team that regularly deals with complex matters for blue chip clients.
Role Description
The commercial solicitor will be joining an experienced team, working on complex high value commercial matters for blue chips clients. The role will include working on:
- A range of commercial contracts
- Outsourcing agreements including IT
- Terms & conditions and supply of goods
- Data and brand protection
- Other contractual issues
Candidate Requirements
The ideal Commercial Solicitor will have:
- 2-6 years of PQE as a commercial solicitor
- Experience working in private practice, although could currently be employed in-house
- Strong technical skills
- Excellent commercial acumen
- A client focused approach to work
Salary and Benefits
The appointed Corporate Associate will be offered:
- Salary of £52,000 - £65,000, dependent on experience
