The Role

This firm are looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor 1-4 years PQE to join their incredibly successful operation in Bath, Somerset.

This opportunity will involve working on matters across the whole spectrum of commercial property - general commercial property and property finance work.

The breadth of the work is fantastic and will make for an interesting role. This will include but not be limited to; leases (landlord and tenant), site acquisitions, covnersions and disposals.

• Salary is negotiable/dependent on experience though they pay above market rate for the area.
