The Role
This firm is looking for an Employment Solicitor to join its Bristol, Somerset office.
This position will allow the successful candidate to gain excellent exposure through working side by side with a leading team. This puts the candidate in an excellent position to develop their technical knowledge and commercial awareness through direct client interaction.
Duties:
- Take and record clear instructions
- Investigate evidence
- Research matters of fact and law
- Provide concise analysis of research applied to facts
- Provide concise letters and reports for clients, written in plain language
- Undertake negotiation and/or advocacy when appropriate
- Draft concise documents in plain language
. Requirements
- You will be an Employment Solicitor 1+ PQE
- Would be an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is looking to join a heavy hitter.
- You will deal with a client base that has been built up over several decades
