This outstanding international firm is seeking a talented and enthusiastic corporate lawyer to join its Hong Kong team.
The role will involve working on public and private M&A transactions in Asia Pacific, including takeovers/PIPEs involving Hong Kong listed companies, growth/pre-IPO investments, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts and auction sales, for leading PE funds and corporates.
Candidates should be ideally 2 - 4 PQE with relevant experience gained from an international law firm (preferably in Hong Kong, but quality candidates with experience in other common law jurisdictions will be considered). The ability to speak Chinese would be a benefit but is not a prerequisite.
