Experienced Conveyancer
West Yorkshire
QED Legal are working with a long-standing multi-service, mid-size, Yorkshire regional practice who are looking to take on an experienced Conveyancer at one of their West Yorkshire offices.
Primarily based out of Bradford with several offices within the area the firm strike a great balance between a modern commercial firm but maintaining 'traditional' law firm values, long standing relationships with clients and the community spearhead the Firms values.
This role will be perfect for a Conveyancer who has over 5 years' experience of carrying their own caseload of sale and purchase matters including freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, shared ownership, transfers of equity and experience of managing a small team would be preferable.
There is a good culture and centred which is centred around providing outstanding service to the clients, many of whom are longstanding or word of mouth clients.
Salary is competitive, dependant on experience + Benefits.
