Our client is a leading international law firm who are seeking to appoint a Senior UK admitted funds lawyer to join their office in Luxembourg. The firms’ funds team are seen as a market leader, their client base is both regional and international, they specialise in formation, restructuring and closure both in distressed and planned scenarios, regulatory enforcement and advising on regulated and unregulated funds.
The team are seeking a funds lawyer with 5+ years’ experience. You must have varied experience in;
- Investment funds,
- UCITS and alternative investments (including real estate and infrastructure funds)
- Banking
- Assets
- Regulatory work
- Hedge funds
- Private equity
- Debt finance
