A unique and rare opportunity has arisen for a specialist new build conveyancer to join a flourishing conveyancing department in Wolverhampton.
You will have at least two years’ experience running your own cases of new build files but somebody more senior with already established relationships would be perfect!
This new build conveyancer opportunity has arisen due to an increase in work and the development of the team. You will come on board as the new build specialist to grow and develop their new build work within this office.
They already have a well-established new build team across other offices, and as such, you will be part of the wider department. However, this offers a new build conveyancer plenty of autonomy!
To be considered you must have at least two years' fee earning experience in new build matters, along with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
If you have existing relationships this would be advantageous. You will have proven experience in managing more junior members of staff, along with an aptitude for marketing and business development.
This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody to really make this role their own!
