A top tier international law firm is seeking an experienced plot sales conveyancer to join its high ranking real estate team in Manchester.

The Role
- Plot Conveyancer
- Handling plot conveyancing including help to buy and part exchange house purchases and re sales with assistance
- Running files from start to finish working as part of a collaborative team
- Client relationship management

The Candidate
- Previous experience of working in plot sales or conveyancing
- Ability to provide clear communication and build effective relationships at all levels
- Excellent attention to detail
