IP Counsel – Central London

A fast-growing international gaming and sports betting business is looking for an experienced IP counsel to join their established team based in Central London.

Reporting to the general counsel the role will focus on a wide

range of IP matters including:

• Trademark prosecution and IP portfolio management.
• Handling IP infringement cases, drafting and sending cease and desist letters.
• Patent prosecution and new patent filings.
• Managing relationships and working closely with external IP advisors.
• Providing commercial legal advice to business units on an ad hoc basis.

Candidates will ideally have between 3-5 years of post-qualification experience working in an IP environment and will need to have qualified in either a top law firm or in-house team.
