The role

The firm is seeking to recruit a Real Estate Senior Associate / Partner into their Southampton Office.

The Real Estate department is ranked in the legal 500 and chambers, it is currently flourishing and has been steadily growing over the last 24 months, with plans to continue to grow in line with increased workflow. There is a strong work ethic in the team coupled with a sense of 'word hard play hard'.

You will join a growing Real Estate team who have a high level of expertise. Caseloads will include landlord and tenant matters, development, property finance and more.

Requirements:

• You will be a Real Estate Lawyer with at least 5 years PQE (there is no upper limit with experience)
• You will have a good technical knowledge
• You will be a commercially minded individual
• Being able to deliver the highest level of client service is essential
• Salary is very competitive and negotiable depending on your level of experience, you will also receive a lucrative bonus structure and benefits package
