A mid-sized firm based in Birmingham is currently looking for an experienced Plot Sales Conveyancer to work under the Head of Department and develop new business in the area.

The Role:

The successful Plot Sales Conveyancer will be able to run their own case load, be proactive and be able to meet targets. The role itself will include mostly development work and you will be expected to develop new business and leads in the area, as well as service the firm's current clients.

Requirements:
The ideal Plot Sales Conveyancer must have worked within a Residential Property role and have good working knowledge of New build and Plot sales work. role ideally with 2 - 5 years' experience as well as be able to handle a large case load with minimal supervision.

• Salary £20,000 - £23,000
