THE ROLE
Within a well-regarded and long-established team which handles insurance and reinsurance litigation as well as arbitration and commercial dispute resolution
Clients are in the international markets and include insureds, insurers or reinsurers.
The work will include a wide range of dispute resolution and arbitration as well as ADR in areas such as reinsurance and insurance and international contractual disputes arising out of trading relationships, construction projects and finance matters.
You will be working with a huge array of clients both UK and internationally based, and have direct client contact at an early stage.
ABOUT YOU
With 1-3pqe you will have an excellent academic record and ideally, insurance / reinsurance litigation knowledge although this is by no means essential. Candidates with international qualifications may also be considered.
The team is willing and able to retrain a lawyer with strong commercial litigation experience from a top City or international equivalent firm.
