A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to join a national conveyancing firm at their Islington, London office. Offered full-time on a permanent basis, this residential conveyancing role provides a salary of up to £50,000 per year.

Your new role

• The Conveyancer will not be required to quote and generate business as they will be fully supported by the firm's in-house account and administration teams
• The Conveyancer will be dealing with their own caseload from start to finish, receiving support from their own Conveyancing Assistant

About you

The firm looks to hire a Residential Property Solicitor, Legal Executive, licensed Conveyancer or an experienced fee earner to join its expanding team. To be considered for this role your application must demonstrate:

• 4+ years of experience as a residential conveyancer
• Experience handling your own files from inception through to post completion
• The ability to manage your own mixed caseload
• Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
• A keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills

• £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience
