A newly established firm in Chester is looking to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor for a full-time, permanent role paying up to £40,000 per year.
About you
The firm looks to hire a qualified Family Solicitor who demonstrates:
- 5+ years of PQE
- A client-focus and confidence building relationships
- The ability to hit the ground running
- Experience handling the full spectrum of family matters
- Motivation to run their own case load to a very high standard while developing expertise
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- A high understanding and appreciation of funding and costs
Your caseload
The Family Solicitor will be expected to confidently run a caseload consisting of files such as:
- Divorce and finances
- Separation
- Civil partnerships
- Cohabitation disputes
- Child Arrangement Orders
- Protection from Violence and Harassment Orders
