The Role

This innovative company are looking for an experienced Operations Director as part of its strategic plan to allow the company to focus on engaging with existing and potential clients.

The position will report directly to the founders and will be responsible for the operational aspects of the business including:

• Managing the performance of the lease advisory team and support staff
• Developing reporting systems including Business Development, KPI's and Salesforce CRM
• Oversee Investors in people and ensure continued accreditation
• Ensure the leaders are communicating the values and vision of the company
• Create and manage the recruitment process in line with growth initiatives
