My client, a progressive Legal 100 ranked law firm with offices across the country, are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their well regarded Commercial Property team team based in their Bath office.

You must be a Commercial property/ Real Estate Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE and the ability to manage and inspire a team, coupled with a proven ability handling a caseload of matters relating to leasehold transactions, freehold purchases and sales, business acquisitions and disposals and other property related issues.
