An award winning Legal 500 firm located West of Slough are looking to take on a Corporate Commercial Paralegal to join their growing department.
The ideal Corporate Commercial Paralegal will be able to prepare, draft and review contracts, this includes all relevant documents such as; deeds and searches. You will deal with filing, archiving, storage and retrieval of client files as well as setting up new files accurately on instructions from the Lawyers.
Experience in a Corporate Commercial based role would be advantageous.
