Insolvency Associate, NQ

Our client is a mid-size London practice providing a range of specialist, high-quality legal services to businesses, charities and institutions, private individuals and families. The firm's clients include banks, major businesses and media groups, as well as schools, charities, high net worth entrepreneurs and landed estates. Whilst the firm is based in London it also offers its clients a seamless service across a range of jurisdictions.

The firm currently has an opening for a newly qualified solicitor to join the insolvency team to work on a varied and interesting mix, advising private banks, companies and boards on the full range on insolvency processes, including administrations, liquidations, company voluntary arrangements and receiverships. The work will also involve acting for individuals and other stakeholders on personal bankruptcy matters.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity for a significant amount of client contact as well as working closely with more experienced members of the team.

The role seeks strong academics and a training contract from a mid-sized or City firm.
