THE ROLE

The firm seeks a lawyer to join its renowned Commercial & Technology practice, which includes its prestigious Competition & Regulatory team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly professional, dynamic group and represents a perfect chance to work outside (but close to) London (and avoid the commute), whilst doing a wide variety of high-quality City and International work.

Flexible working is available as the firm has agile working policies to facilitate this and they will consider a minimum of 4 days per week.

You will be handling a wide range of high-quality commercial, competition and regulatory work.

All members of the team advise on commercial contracts, but the team includes specialists dedicating a significant proportion of their time to competition, consumer law, data protection, EU law or franchising matters.

Sectors include insurance, life sciences, retail and technology for clients including well-known brands, multinationals, FTSE 100 corporates as well as owner managed businesses and entrepreneurs both in the UK and internationally.

ABOUT YOU

A strong team player with good inter-personal skills, good academics and high-quality experience - typically with a major City or leading national/regional practice - you will have a commercial approach and excellent technical, communication and negotiation skills ideally at the 4-6pqe level.
