A start-up Corporate boutique firm is looking to hire a self-motivated and enthusiastic Corporate Associate to join its growing corporate / capital markets team.
The Firm:
The firm has been trading for almost 2 years and quadrupled its turnover during its first 12 months of trading.
The Role:
In this Corporate role, your split of work will be approximately 75% market fundraising and 25% general Corporate / M&A work. The role is very client-facing and tasks will include running due diligence and verification processes (also often running through these with the client). The partners are looking for a ‘hands-on’ Associate who is keen to take on responsibility and hit the ground running with this type of work.
Requirements:
To be successful in this Corporate role, you will have a strong academic background (a minimum 2.1 degree) and experience of Corporate and Capital Markets work at a City / Mid-town / strong regional firm.
