A global real estate investment manager is seeking a Senior Funds Lawyer to join their team as Legal Counsel. This is a permanent, full time role based in London.
About the Role
In joining the team as Legal Counsel, you will:
- Take on a varied caseload consisting of funds structuring and formation
- Report directly into the Head of Legal
- Have management responsibility for one junior lawyer
The Candidate
To be considered for this In-House Counsel opportunity, you will have:
- 6+ years’ PQE as a Funds Lawyer
- Experience gained within the investment funds team of a City law firm
- Expertise in a fund structuring / fund formation, specifically in regards to alternative funds (private equity, real estate or infrastructure funds)
