Role: Residential Conveyancing Locum

Location: East Sussex

Salary: up to £40 per hour

Description

We are currently recruiting for a firm based in East Sussex who are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Locum to provide them with long term cover whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.

Commencing immediately, the role is for a minimum of 3 months and will see the successful candidate right through until the New Year.

The firm are looking for a candidate with minimum 4 years experience who has experience in dealing with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including:

·         Dealing with residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion

·         Dealing with sales and purchases

·         Remortgages

·         Equity Transfer
