This world-class leading funds team in the London office of a US practice currently has an opening for a junior lawyer currently working at a peer firm or a newly qualified solicitor who is interested in qualifying into this area of law in September.

The practice is one the most active of any law firm and enjoys an exceptional flow of high profile work, the majority of which is in the private equity space. The role provides opportunity to work on a number of buyout funds raises and complex fund of funds or infrastructure funds major secondary transactions, restructurings and management team spin-outs.

There are a number of partners in the practice so a junior associate will enjoy a breadth of work styles within a very entrepreneurial environment.
