Securitisation Senior Associate / Of Counsel

Due to continued growth at all levels, this leading international City firm is looking to hire a senior finance lawyer with specialist experience from another leading capital markets /securitisation practice, either in a Senior Associate or Counsel capacity, depending on level and experience. This will be an important and strategic hire for the team.

The ideal person for this role will have experience of playing a lead role on a range of asset backed finance deals including securitisation, warehouse facilities and asset backed lending; managing client relationships; and supervising and mentoring more junior lawyers. Excellent package on offer.
