The Business Restructuring and Insolvency team comprises of highly experienced lawyers based in the financial hubs of Europe, the Middle East, Asia, North America, and South America. The team advises an array of stakeholders in restructuring and insolvency cases, including subordinated debt providers; distressed borrowers; senior, junior shareholders; trustees; directors; and suppliers to a distressed borrower.

Clients include international banks, leading aircraft manufacturers, global media companies and International financial conglomerates.

The firm seeks to recruit a restructuring lawyer with insolvency experience. The ideal candidate would have a Magic Circle or top City firm background, a self-starter who has experience working on bank work out cases and who can slot in with relatively little start up time.
