General Manager - Global Business - Brazil / LatAm

Our client is a global business who have seen consistent market share increase over the past few years. They specialise in complex, high-worth Tech projects on an international level and generate $billions in revenue. 

A new position is now available in Brazil for a talented General Manager to head an international business unit across South America. 

Managing through an experienced commercial team this role will be fully integrated into the businesses project, commercial and operations activity. You must have relevant strategic and operational management experience with an MNC in LatAm.

For consideration applicants must be able to demonstrate the following:

• Professional experience in strategy and business development for multinational companies in Latin America
• Operational experience, developing deployment plans, establishing KPI’s to achieve company growth and profit goals. Defining growth strategy and partnering with Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance and Customers
• Company Senior Leadership Team experience 
• Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Degree, Master's or above 
• Industry experience within ICT, Tech, construction, energy, EPC, infrastructure or comparable industries
• Commercially astute, adept at building business relationships, able to work effectively with internal and external key partners at all levels
