This is an exciting opportunity if you are an experienced Residential Property lawyer, probably but not necessarily with at least 4 years PQE, who enjoys dealing with a mixed caseload. You will also be working alongside the Head of Department to mentor the team and manage performance.

From day one, you will be acting for a wide range of clients working on various transactions including the sale and purchase of both leasehold and freehold property, re-mortgaging, equity release, help to buy and transfer of equity. You will play an active role in the growth of the department and promote the development of the team.

Applications are invited from technically strong solicitors, who can work unsupervised and are committed to delivering a first class service to clients. You will have previous supervision experience with a natural ability towards team development.
