In-house Counsel

A leading global brand with a top tier legal function are seeking an in-house counsel, which is a crucial role in their London based team.

Job Specification

As the appointed in-house legal counsel, you will be joining a top tier and strategically focused legal team for a top tier global company. You will work on exciting projects related to fashion. You will take responsibility for the following:

• Working on a broad range of commercial agreements for models, photographers, stylists, editorial work, personal appearances and influencer marketing and image rights deals
• Working on consumer and advertising matters
• Managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders
• Working with elements of commercial IP, including licensing

Candidate Requirements

The ideal legal counsel will have:

• Top academics and legal training at a good law firm
• An interest in fashion
• 5PQE + or similar
• Commercial legal skills gained either in private practice or on secondment
• Some IP experience would be beneficial
• Strong personal skills
