Litigation Lawyer – Due to organic growth, this leading East Kent firm have asked us to find them a further litigation lawyer to join their expanding team Legal 500 team.
About the Role
Using a sophisticated case management system you will be handling a broad ranging caseload of commercial and residential landlord and tenant matters, professional negligence, building disputes, contract law, partnership disputes, debt recovery, insolvency and inheritance claims. You will provide excellent technical and practical advice to clients and comply with the firms objectives and business plan.
Candidate Requirements
They have specified that they will look at both solicitors or legal executives, NQ’s – 4 year PQE with relevant training and experience. They are interested in talking to energetic and personable people with good client facing skills and with the ability to work well as part of a successful team.
