Insolvency Solicitor

A national law firm is looking for a 2-4 PQE Insolvency Solicitor to join their Gatwick office, where you'll be working closely with a leading Insolvency Solicitor.

This is a great opportunity for a junior Insolvency Solicitor to join a firm with a top reputation and a national brand. You'll be working with a broad client base acting for banks and other lenders, Directors and their businesses.

About You

* Insolvency Solicitor 2-4 PQE

* Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales

* Focus on contentious insolvency

* Based in all major UK cities

* Excellent client list: owner managed businesses, banks and lenders

* Great reputation within insolvency

The Opportunity

* Focus on contentious insolvency, as well as some non-contentious insolvency related matters

* Providing practical advice to insolvency practitioners, lenders and other relevant organisations

You'll be specialising in advising clients in distressed situations and insolvency matters. This will include advising banks, asset-based lenders and insolvency practitioners on all matters arising where insolvency is likely unless action is taken by restructuring or where a formal insolvency is imminent or has occurred.
