Conveyancer

A leading Oxfordshire firm is looking for a residential conveyancer to join its busy Banking & Finance/Bridging team in Thame. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor, Legal Executive, licensed Conveyancer or an experienced fee earner to join a well-established and reputable firm for a full-time and permanent conveyancing role.

Your new role

As the firm’s new Conveyancer, you will be responsible for working a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion, with a focus on Banking & Finance/Bridging work. With full administrative support, your workload will include:

• Title checking
• Preparation of contracts and supporting documents
• Checking official copy documents
• Liaising with clients, clients' agents, borrowers, asset managers, solicitors, internal depts and any other as necessary
• Dealing with post completion issues and administration
• Ensuring post completion is concluded accurately
• Closing files in accordance with Firm's procedures
• Ensuring all billing is accurate and timely
• Taking instructions from Lenders and working to tight deadlines
