Legal Counsel
Client
You will be working for a cutting-edge global tech start-up.
The organisation has various international offices including in New York, Seoul and San Francisco.
Role
You will be based at the organisation's central London HQ. You will also have the opportunity to travel internationally as part of the role should you so wish.
You will report directly into the General Counsel and will be the 4th member of the expanding international legal team.
You will undertake an extremely diverse and richly varied in-house role.
You will be rewarded with a highly attractive remuneration package including lucrative bonus element.
You
You will be a qualified UK or other Common Law jurisdiction lawyer with approximately 2-5 years' PQE. You will have some prior experience of varied commercial contracting. You will have some prior exposure to tech/software/IP/IT related issues.
