Client

You will be joining a household name UK organisation which is at the very forefront of recent sociological trends and developments, a true market-leader and innovator.

Role

You will be based at the organisation's cutting-edge and high-spec Milton Keynes/central London offices.  You will also have the opportunity to undertake some WFH/flexible working to suit your own personal needs and situation.

You will undertake an extremely diverse and richly varied in-house role in this newly created position, getting involved in a wide range of non-contentious commercial contracts and issues affecting the entire life-cycle of the construction process.

You will work within a highly supportive and collaborative in-house legal team dynamic.  You will report directly into the General Counsel and operate within a non-hierarchical flat structure.  You will also have the opportunity to travel should you so wish.

You

You will be a qualified lawyer with approximately 3-9 years' PQE and have some prior non-contentious construction experience.  Prior in-house experience would be advantageous but is not a pre-requisite.
