Residential Property Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive, Greater Manchester

THE OPPORTUNITY

• As part of its continued growth, the firm is looking to recruit a qualified confident conveyancer to join its well established and busy team.
• The role will involve handling your own conveyancing files as well a senior member of the team acting as a point of contact to the conveyancing paralegals.
• As the role evolves, you will work closely with the head of department assisting in the management of the team, implementing processes using your experience in residential property.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful conveyancer will have:

• Extensive experience of dealing with a full a range of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion to include complex matters
• You must have the desire and drive to lead and motivate a team in a fast paced and busy environment
