Our client is actively looking to recruit a devoted and motivated Conveyancing Lawyer to join their thriving practice located in Epping. The successful applicant will exceed the firm’s high standards of client care and professionalism.
Responsibilities
• Re-mortgages
• Submitting and reviewing searches
• Transfers of equity
• Obtaining Land Registry documents
• Licences
• Liaising with professionals involved in property transactions
The Candidate
• Solicitors, legal executives or licensed conveyancers with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in conveyancing matters
• Possess a warm and welcoming demeanour
• Deliver first class client care with outstanding communication skills both verbally and written
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team and individually
