***NEW*** CORPORATE TAX ASSOCIATE (0-5 PQE) AT PRESTIGIOUS UK FIRM

A top international firm is looking to hire 2 Corporate Tax Associates (0-2 PQE and 2-5 PQE) to join its Corporate Tax team.

The Team:

The partners within the Corporate Tax team focus on M&A, DCM, Corporate Finance and Real Estate tax work. The Corporate Tax practice is stand-alone and is mainly transactional in nature, though there is also some advisory work. The team does a lot of cross-border work with a strong focus on EMEA. Associates are given a lot of responsibility and generally work a year above that of their counterparts at other firms. In this regard, there is a strong emphasis on training and development.

The team is also very friendly and social with one of the partners arranging quarterly team events and monthly drinks.

The Role:

In this Corporate Tax role, your work will revolve around M&A, Private Equity, Bank Finance, ECM, DCM and Real Estate tax. You would work with all of the Corporate Tax partners and often deal directly with clients.

Requirements:

To be successful in this Corporate Tax role, you will have an excellent academic background (a minimum 2:1 degree) and experience of general Corporate Tax work at a City / strong regional firm.
