An excellent High Street practice is seeking someone to join their team and deal with a mixed caseload of Personal Injury and general Civil Litigation work. The Personal Injury side includes multitrack work and the Civil Litigation side of things is varied and includes boundary disputes, IFPDA, contractual disputes etc. Ideally you will have experience in both areas, though candidates with Personal Injury experience only will be considered as around 75% of the caseload will deal with that area.

- PI portal and multitrack experience
- General Litigation experience will be an advantage
