Do you have previous experience managing your own litigated RTA claims? Are you focused on delivering exceptional customer service? If so come and join the North West's fastest growing Bike team!
About the Role:
You will be joining a Bike team managing a caseload of Litigated RTA Bike Fast Track cases. You will initially take on a small caseload and progressively built it to around the 150 mark. Ideally you will be around 1 - 2 PQE and have Portal experience and be able to deal with claims cradle to grave through litigation.

Main Duties:
Responsibility for a caseload of RTA Bike Fast Track claims through to settlement.
Drafting schedules of special damages and assessing suitable awards for compensation for pain, suffering and loss of amenity, and other general damages.
Dealing with cases of complexity, causation arguments, and denials of liability with minimal supervision whilst also assessing liability and quantum including reviewing medical reports and researching relevant case law.
Drafting Court proceedings, dealing with allocation questionnaires, adhering to court directions and timescales, preparing relevant documents for disclosure, submitting evidence and instructing Counsel/other appropriate experts as required.
About You:
The successful candidate will ideally be a qualified solicitor or working towards becoming a Chartered Legal Executive. They will have previous experiencing managing their own caseload of litigated RTA claims and a good understanding of the CPR and litigation process. Experience and knowledge of motorbike/bicycle claims is desirable.
